*Effective 8 June 2011, attedance at the weekly Army Community Service (ACS) Newcomers' Orientation is a mandatory pre-condition for new arrivals to be able to obtain a U.S. Forces Korea driver's license. Upon completion, ACS will provide documentation confirming attendance to the Directorate of Logistics no later than the close of business every Tuesday (same day as orientation).
