Summer Blast 5K Run

The annual USAG Humphreys Summer Blast 5K Run will take place Saturday, July 8! The race starts at 8 a.m. at Sitman Physical Fitness Center.

Age categories for men and women:

• 29 and under
• 30 – 39
• 40 – 49 
• 50 and over

Unit 5k Run

• minimum of 10 participants from the same unit.

Sign-ins start 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to start. A race meeting will be held 5 minutes prior to start.
