(Ages 6-12 years) Offers before and after school programs, weekend activities during the school year, summer care and camps during school vacations. Care is provided by trained staff and operations are subjected to DoD Certification.
- Welcome to School Age Center
We are happy to welcome you and your child into our School Age Centers (SAC). It is the mission of USAG Humphreys SAC to promote quality of life by supporting Army readiness. SAC provides affordable before-school and after-school care in a quality program that meets the needs of youth and parents. In addition to before and after school care, separate SAC camps are operated during winter and spring breaks. During the summer months, SAC operates a full day camp. USAG Humphreys SAC is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). This accreditation assures parents of a commitment to responsive and loving care, trained and competent staff, a safe and healthy environment, and consistent program improvement and quality
- Registration and Fees
Parent Central Services is the central point of contact for registration and participation in all CYS Services.
The Parent Central staff is here to assist you in placing your child in the location and facility that best meets you and your child’s needs. Our office can provide you with information, resources and support to help you make a well-informed child care decision.
To register your child for any of our child care options, you must complete and submit a registration packet.

Fees on based on total family income.
- Children participating in the Before and After School program must be enrolled in grades first through fifth.
- Children participating in SAC summer camp program must have completed the first grade and be under the age of 12.
- Transition from kindergarten/CDC into SAC begins on the first day of school.
- CDS offers a structured age appropriate summer camp for children entering kindergarten and/or first grade.
- Youth Services provides a youth & staff directed summer camp program for middle and high school youth.
- Age Requirements
The policy of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is that children must be five years old by September 1st of the year they are enrolled in Kindergarten for all DoD schools.
Proof of your child's age must be provided through documentation such as a birth certificate or passport.
