- All participants must be registered with Child and Youth Services
- On-going enrollment for most classes (new students may need to wait for open enrollment)
- Currently enrolled SKIES students will be automatically re-enrolled into the next session for most classes to retain their space. Payment for the session must be made before the first day of class.
- Classes will be filled on a first paid basis.
- Enrolling in SKIESUnlimited Classes
To register for any SKIESUnlimited instructional class, participants must be registered with CYS. Call DSN (315) 757-2253 for more information, or drop by Parent Central Services located in Building 6400.
- Fee Payment Policy
According to CYS Fee Policy, tuition for SKIES Instructional classes are to be collected before the first class of the month. Payments can be made over the phone or in person at any CYS facility.

If payment is not received by your child's second scheduled class of the month, and no arrangements have been made with the Instructional Program Specialist, we will be forced to implement the garnishment process. Your child will also be dropped from the class.
Parents must notify CYS in writing if your child is withdrawing from a SKIESUnlimited class. Parents may write a letter or email to the SKIES Instructional Program Specialist stating
- Name of student
- Name, phone number and address of sponsor
- Name, day and time of the class being dropped
- Instructor’s name or class being dropped
- Last day of class attendance
In order to stop billing for the next month, there must be at least two weeks notice of your intent of withdraw from the class. The two weeks must end prior to the 1st of the following month. This requirement may be waived in the event of serious illness, injury or family emergency.
Non attendance is not considered an official withdrawal. Notifying the instructor will not be accepted as an official withdrawal. You must submit a withdrawal letter or email to CYS.
