A physical fitness event involving a variety of aerobic exercise sample classes like Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Zumba, Cycle, High Fitness and more!
In between our fitness class samples we'll have a refueling station to grab a snack and wellness booths that focus on providing services to help you regain balance within yourself emotionally, spiritually through your environment and social atmosphere.
