- Thursday: Jagerschnitzel mit Swabian Kartoffelsalat
Breaded pork cutlet pan-fried and draped with mushroom sauce. Served with authentic German potato salad (Swabian style).
- Friday: Fischbrotchen mit Pommes Frittes
Lightly breaded codfish pan-fried in butter on a toasted brioche roll with arugula, topped with classic egg remoulade. Served with seasoned fries.
