Our daily culinary team creations are served with a choice of garden salad or soup of the day and choice of beverage (Ice tea, lemonade or soda).

Monday: Mediterranean Fried Chicken Sandwich
Tender chicken thigh meat lightly breaded and fried, served on a toasted brioche roll, with roasted red pepper tzatziki, spicy bread and butter picklers and arugula. Served with garlic parmesan fries.

Tuesday: Vietnamese Banh Mi
Prepared with lemongrass pork, filled crisp pickled vegetables and spicy mayo, on a house-made toasted French roll.

Wednesday: Mama's Meat Loaf
Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes draped with mushroom gravy. Served with fresh seasonal vegetables.

Thursday: Roasted Chicken Thigh Confit
Served with bacon jus on cheese polenta with a medley of shiitake mushrooms, peppers and a garniture of fresh blueberries.

Friday: Italian Beef Braciole
Sliced sirloin filled with a savory bread dressing, rolled and braised in red wine demi-glace. Served on a nest of aglio e olio.
