Tender chicken thigh meat lightly breaded and fried on a toasted brioche roll with roasted red pepper tzatziki, spicy bread-and-butter pickles and arugula. Served with garlic Parmesan fries.
Tuesday: Korean Beef Bulgogi Platter
Requested by our dining guests and prepared by our Korean national culinary team! Marinated and fire-grilled ribeye. Served with steamed rice, perilla leaves, ssamjang and kimchi.
Wednesday: Mama’s Meatloaf
Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes draped with mushroom gravy and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Thursday: Grilled Breast of Duck with Orange Balsamic Glaze
Succulent grilled breast of duck, grilled and basted with an orange balsamic glaze. Served with arugula watermelon salad.
Friday: New England Beer-Battered Codfish Platter
Atlantic codfish dipped in our home-style beer batter, deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with seasoned fries, tartar sauce and our River Bend coleslaw.
