- Monday: Chicken Marsala
Lightly floured and sautéed breast of chicken draped with mushroom Marsala wine sauce. Served on a mound of risotto Milanese with fresh seasonal vegetables. - Tuesday: Hoosier Mama
A giant, breaded pork cutlet served on a toasted brioche bun, Dijon aioli, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sweet & spicy bread and butter. Served with pickles, Jojo potatoes and our house-made warm brown country apple sauce. - Wednesday: Mama’s Meatloaf
Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes draped with mushroom gravy and fresh seasonal vegetables. - Thursday: Sauté Beef Tournedos Rossini
Tenderloin beef medallions set on toasted garlic-herb croutons. Served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes draped with a morel mushroom sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables. - Friday: Seafood Jambalaya

Egg-battered sourdough bread filled with shaved ham and Swiss cheese, grilled to a golden brown, dusted with powdered sugar and served with raspberry preserves and seasoned fries. - Tuesday: “WHO DAT” Fat Tuesday Feature
Blackened Chicken Creole - Blackened breast of chicken seasoned with Cajun spice and pan-seared with olive oil and butter. Set atop a mound of dirty rice and draped with Creole sauce. - Wednesday: Mama’s Meatloaf

A generous portion of Atlantic Codfish roasted with garlic, julienne onions and peppers set atop a mound of fresh sautéed spinach and paired with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes, draped with lobster sauce.
