Join us for a night of exquisite Italian dinner and wine pairing. 

This gourmet dinner will feature the culinary excellence of Executive Chef Edward J. Miller Jr, CEC and the culinary team of The White Heron Restaurant.

Mediterranean Lamb Lollipops

Served with Grecian olive tapenade with warm pita triangles and cherry tomato jam.

Paired with Mia Dolcea Moscato d'Asti.

INSALATA GAMBERETTO

Cucumber-wrapped Lola Rosa, Arugula and Romaine

Grilled Lemon-peppered Garlic and Thyme Jumbo Shrimp

Paired with Bella Sera Pinot Grigio. 

INTERMEZZO

Berries of the Forest Sorbetto

CARNE

Parmesan-crusted Veal Loin Chop

Draped with a cremini mushroom wine sauce, set on penne carbonara and fresh fall vegetables.

Paired with Tommasi Ripasso Valpolicella.

DOLCE

Limoncello Cake Roll with Macerated Fresh Fruit

Paired with Dezzani Malvasia.

Cost

$75 per guest.

The event is European-style (Communal) seating. Couples may be paired in groups of six.

Gratuity is optional.
