Covers comfort techniques, positions, and breathing for childbirth. It is a great class for parents to learn coping skills to make their birthing experience a positive one. Both parents are encouraged to attend this class together.
Registration Information
Registration is required 3 business days prior to class. If the minimum number of 4 participants is not met, the class will be cancelled.
