CIRCUIT TRAINING (HIIT)

Circuit Training (HIIT) class combines multiple exercises (stations) targeting various muscle groups with moderate to high intensity, focusing on strength, resistance and cardio. HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. This class is a perfect combination of power and strength. It is a fun and dynamic team workout to boost your cardio, build muscles, increase fat burning & weight loss at the same time. You can control your own intensity and pace of each exercise. All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Maximum Capacity: 30

Classes subject to cancellations due to extreme weather conditions and at the discretion of facility.

Cost

$4 Per Class
$40 Punch Pass

Punch Passes are tied directly to the patron’s DoD ID card.
Punch Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire 90 days after purchase date.

Pay for 10 classes to receive 1 FREE class of your choice!
With or without a Punch Pass.
Registration Information
Group Fitness Class Registration at the facility front desk of the facility hosting the class prior to class start time.

 

  • Patrons must be 18 years of age or older (17 if Active Duty) to participate in classes.
  • All participants must check in at the front desk to collect a class receipt.
  • When a Group Fitness Class is in session, the room is reserved for class participants.
  • Facility patrons should refrain from entering and exiting the room until the class has finished.
