Register Now!All competitors will use the same 45 lb bar, women and men alike.
Men's Weight Classes:
- Lightweight: <155.9 lbs
- Middleweight: 156 to 219.9 lbs
- Heavyweight: 220+ lbs
Women's Weight Classes:
- Lightweight: <135.9
- Middleweight: 136 to 185.9
- Heavyweight: 186+
Belts, chalk and sleeves will be allowed. Straps, tacky or equipment assisting a competitor in an unauthorized manner are prohibited. Staff reserve the right to judge if equipment would provide an unfair advantage and is thus unauthorized.

Registration Information
Registration Deadline: 01 December 2022
Must be 18 years or older (17 if Active Duty) to participate. Registration is capped at 25 competitors.
Weight classes will consist of Light, Middle and Heavy for both male and female categories.
