EFMP and Collier Community Fitness Center invites you to this free event taught by our trained professional that helps to promote wellness and provides benefits including minimizing pain, alleviating stress and helping to regulate feelings of anxiety.

Free. Open for all adults and children enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program.
