Framing Studio (Basic Orientation)

Learn the art of frame making and glass fitting. You will learn to calculate moulding, glass and foam board; join moulding and apply backing and hangers. This orientation class will go over the rules, regulations and policies for patrons to know. During this course, you will have hands-on experience making 10x12 frames with methods like:
- Cutting Molding
- Thumbnail
- Drilling
- Glass Cutting
- Finishing Work
Molds are provided randomly. Successful completion of this orientation will certify students to use the Framing Studio.
