STRENGTH & CONDITIONING STRONGMAN COMPETITION @ Balboni Soccer Field

  • Event Begins at 8:00 a.m.

Halloseum will have two weight class in each Male and Female division:

  • Feather Weight and Heavy Weight.

Patrons will be allowed to choose which weight class they would feel best and more comfortable in competing.

Event 1: Clean and Press Ladder Dumbbell

  • Female Feather Weight: 20-30-40-50-60
  • Female Heavy Weight: 45-55-65-75-85
  • Male Feather Weight: 75-80-85-95-100
  • Male Heavy Weight: 100-110-120-130-140
  • Competitor will be allowed to clean with both hands but will press 1 dumbbell with 1 hand. Time Cap: 3:00

Event 2: 100m Sled Push

  • Female Feather Weight: 3 x 45lb Plates
  • Female Heavy Weight: 4 x 45lb Plates
  • Male Feather Weight: 5x 45lb Plates
  • Male Heavy Weight: 7 x 45lb Plates
  • Competitor will have 4:00 min to complete the 100m sled push. If 100m is not completed in time cap, score will be total meters pushed in the 4 min window

Event 3: Part A: Dead Hang Part B: Plate Hold

  • Female Feather Weight: Max time for Body Weight Dead Hang ----straight into--- Max Time 25lb Plates
  • Female Heavy Weight: Max time for Body Weight Dead Hang----straight into--- Max Time 35lb Plates
  • Male Feather Weight: Max time for Body Weight Dead Hang----straight into--- Max Time 45lb Plates
  • Male Heavy Weight: Max time for Body Weight Dead Hang----straight into--- Max Time 55lb Plates
  • Competitor must exceed pass 30 second of Dead Hang to receive points. Once competitor drops down from the Dead Hang they will immediately pick up the plates and start their max time plate holds that will be in both hands.
