Mindful Bites is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program is course that occurs every Wednesdays (except for federal holidays), to help build the skills and gain the necessary tools to manage stress through a mindfulness lens.

Mindfulness-Based Program workshops are facilitated by Adriane J. McCray Webb on a volunteer basis. 
As a qualified mindfulness teacher, she is enmeshed in the ethical, appropriate, and intensive MBSR training. She possesses the essential skills necessary to hold the MBSR classroom as a container for a safe, calm environment.
