Vatos Urban Tacos was started in the back alley of Itaewon in 2011. It is Korean-Mexican fusion cuisine, inspired by the first generation Koreans in the US who discovered new people and their food cultures. The creation of unique dishes like the Kimchi Carnitas Fries, Sweet Korean Short Ribs Tacos, and Fire Chicken were born. Vatos Urban Tacos has since garnered praise for providing exciting new tastes using only the freshest ingredients. CNN named Vatos the “Hottest New Restaurant in Seoul.” Currently, we have expanded to three restaurants in Seoul and another one in Singapore.
Paulie’s Brick Oven Pizzeria was started in 2015 in Seoul. Our inspiration was the love for New York-style pizza. Growing up on the east coast, this food was a staple in my life. Korea did not have real NY pizza at the time. Paulie's pride ourselves in getting the best ingredients to produce the best pizza. All of our flour, tomato, cheese are the top premium brands imported from the US and Italy. These ingredients are made in our custom-made pizza oven-baked at over 600 degrees Fahrenheit to produce the best pizza possible. We have now expanded to four restaurants in Seoul and one in Taiwan.
