Ages 12 and under: $5

Registration Information
All patrons entering the House of Fear Haunted House must completely fill out and sign a liability waiver before entering. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the liability waiver.
Please bring a completed liability waiver form with you to help speed up your check-in process for the Haunted House. Each participant is required to fill one out before entering. To download the liability waiver, click here.
