Celebrate Mom the night before Mother's Day with a special dinner at our fine dining restaurant. It's never too early to show her you care! This night will only feature the menu below for the restaurant.

Appetizers (Choice of one)

  • Roasted Pepper Spinach & Artichoke Dip
    • Folded into creme cheese and parmesan. Served piping hot with garlic herb crostini.
  • Crispy Calamari
    • Buttermilk soaked and dredged through our house coating then fried to a golden brown. Served with warm marinara.

Salad

  • The White Heron Chophouse Salad
    • Crisp lettuce, pancetta, Greuyere cheese, red onion, celery, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, seasoned almonds and choice of wasabi cucumber dressing, Italian or Mandarin orange ginger.

Entrees (Choice of one)

All dinners are served with warm French rolls, soft butter and pan-seared fresh vegetables.

  • Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus
    • Slow roasted to perfection. Primal cut of whole ribeye of beef, red wine demi-glace, and horseradish creme sauce. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes.
  • Pan-Seared Diver Scallops
    • Seasoned with smoked paprika and freshly grounded black pepper, pan-seared in brown butter. Served with risotto Milanese.
  • Carrot Osso Buco
    • Roasted carrots with onions, mushrooms simmered in a red wine mushroom broth. Served with Yukon gold mashed potato.

Dessert (Choice of one)

  • Vanilla Bean Creme Brule
    • A rich baked custard topped with a carmelized sugar top.
  • Apple Galette
    • Caramelized apples encased in a delicate puff pastry crust drizzled with caramel sauce.
