In conjunction with a local subject matter expert, Human Performance presents a Snatch, Clean and Jerk skill clinic series. Participants can enjoy and learn from one to all four sessions. Each session is strictly capped at 18 participants. Participants must be 18 years or older (17 if Active Duty) and must have basic proficiency of the Olympic lifts, including recognition of the movements and some experience performing both. Lifting shoes are recommended but not required.
