Finding Our Frequency: Neurodiverse Couples Workshop

ACS Exceptional Family Member Program

This is a couple’s workshop to help build skills to promote conflict resolution and effective communication for brains on every wavelength. Variation in neurological differences occur naturally in all humans, with 15-20% of people having the following brain variations: Autism and ADHD, but it also applies to Dyslexia, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Synesthesia, OCD, and other common brain variations.

The biggest conflicts in these types of relationships boil down to the difficulty individuals have in understanding the differences in how each partner processes information. This Gottman Institute workshop is designed to help create understanding and build skills to strengthen those relationships.
