Jump in with head submerged, return to surface and swim 25 meters/80 feet with any competitive stroke such as breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly or front crawl (no “doggy paddle” or underwater swimming).

One diver at a time, patrons must remain responsive to Lifeguard directives.
