REFUNDS

• Issued due to weather closures longer than 1 hour (daily pass) or unexpected PCS orders (monthly pass).

• Where applicable, rain checks are issued and tracked within RecTrac.
• Daily facility area board will display isolated closures (repairs or water contamination incidents) at the main entrance to inform customers.

ELIGIBILITY & GUESTS
Eligibility is IAW Command Policy 54, in no particular order.

• Patrons eligible to escort guests must be at least 18 years old (17 if Active Duty). 

• Youth Policies apply, including locker room, shower and toilet area usage guidelines.

• Guests must be accompanied by their escort/sponsor at all times, regardless of age.

Visiting Family Members of DoD ID Cardholders or Extended Family Members

30-Day pass-holders can add a visiting family member with one of the following

• A valid USFK temporary installation pass

• A hard copy of itinerary with arrival and departure dates

Visiting FM’s Outdoor Pool Pass expiration will date match USFK pass expiration or the pass-holder’s expiration, whichever is earlier. 

STRICTILY PROHIBITED  IN ACCORDANCE TO IAW TB-MED 575, 4-26.C(4)

• HYPERVENTILATION, REPETITIVE UNDERWATER BREATH-HOLDING & REPETITIVE UNDERWATER SWIMMING CAN LEAD TO SHALLOW WATER BLACKOUT. 
  TB-MED 575, 4-26.C(4) 규정에 따라:

  과호흡, 반복적인 수중 호흡 참기 및 수중 잠영은 금지됩니다.

  입수 전 과호흡도 금지되며, 이는 얕은 물에서의 실신(Shallow Water Blackout)을 유발하여 자신과 타인의 안전을 위협할 수 있습니다

   

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Everyone must shower before entering the water. Access to swim or submerge in water areas is restricted to persons having open wounds or sores, including abrasions.
  건강 및 위생: 수영 전 샤워는 필수입니다. 상처나 피부 궤양(찰과상 포함)이 있는 사람은 수영장 입수 제한됩니다.

• If you are sick, have a contagious illness, or infectious condition, refrain from using the facility.
  감기, 전염성 질환, 기타 감염 증상이 있는 경우 시설 이용을 자제해 주십시오.

• Spitting, blowing nose into pool, gutters, showers, sink, drinking fountains is not allowed.
  침을 뱉거나 코를 풀어 수영장, 배수로(거터), 샤워실, 세면대, 음수대에 오염시키는 행위는 금지됩니다.

• One diver at a time, patrons must remain responsive to Lifeguard directives.
  한 번에 한 명씩만 다이빙 보드 사용 가능하며, 항상 안전요원의 지시에 따라야 합니다. 

• Only forward facing jumps, dives, and flips are allowed.

  • Backwards or sideways entries are prohibited.
    앞을 향한 점프, 다이빙, 플립만 허용되며, 뒤나 옆으로의 입수는 금지됩니다.

    • Any unsafe behavior on, around or off of diving boards will eliminate patron’s privilege to use diving boards.
      다이빙 보드 주변에서 위험한 행동을 할 경우 이용 권한이 박탈됩니다.

•  All water entries must be straight off end of the diving board.
  모든 다이빙 보드 입수는 반드시 보드 끝에서 직선 방향으로 입수해야 합니다.

• Life vests, toys and goggles are not authorized in this area.
  구명조끼, 장난감, 고글 사용은 금지됩니다.

• Youth 15 and under must pass the Swim Assessment and receive a wrist band to use Diving Boards.
  15세 이하의 청소년은 다이빙 보드를 사용하기 위해 수영 능력 평가를 통과하고 손목밴드를 착용해야 합니다.

  • Youth 16-17 must have wrist band to use Diving Board.
    16-17세는 손목밴드 착용 시 사용 가능.

  • Youth 12 years and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian (18 or over).
    12세 이하 아동은 반드시 부모 또는 성인 보호자(18세 이상)의 감독 하에 다이빙 보드 사용 가능

• Using the diving board is by the individual’s own decision, MWR is not responsible for any accidents based on this decision.

  다이빙 보드 이용은 개인의 자율적 판단에 따른 것이며, 해당 이용으로 발생하는 어떠한 사고에 대해서도 MWR은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Coolers, backpacks, large bags, etc., are subject to staff search/checks prior to entry and within facility grounds if possession of prohibited items is suspected.

• IAW AR 215-1, eating or drinking with 10 feet of pool edges is prohibited.
  단, 군 규정 AR 215-1에 따라 수영장 가장자리로부터 3미터(10피트) 이내에서의 음식 섭취 및 음료 음용은 금지됩니다.

• This facility is Alcohol Free.

• Glass Containers NOT Permitted

Pets, bicycles, skateboards or similar items are prohibited. Other restricted items include but are not limited to

• Gum in the pool

• Inflatables (innertubes, inflatable chairs/loungers, water wings, etc)

• Snorkel Masks

• Mermaid-tail Swimsuits

• Suits with Built-in Flotation

• Metal Toys

• Sharp or Dangerous Toys, etc.

YOUTH POLICY BASED ON US AGE
어린이 및 청소년 수영장 이용 정책 (미국 연령 기준)

• Youth 12 years and under must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian (18 or over) at all times.
  12세 이하 아동은 항상 부모 또는 성인 보호자 (만 18세 이상)와 함께 있어야 합니다.

• Parents must actively supervise young children at all times. Weak/non-swimmers, or children in life jackets may need an adult in the water with them.
  수영을 잘 하지 못하는 아동이나 구명조끼를 착용한 아동은 보호자가 함께 수중에서 감독해야 할 수 있습니다.

• Children that are not potty trained MUST wear swim diapers and be changed frequently.

  기저귀를 착용해야 하는 아동은 반드시 수영용 기저귀를 착용하고 자주 교체해야 합니다

Lifeguards hold authority to restrict access to patrons unable to demonstrate adequate swimming capabilities in areas 5’6” or deeper. Patrons restricted from pool usage due to Lifeguard concerns are subject to passing a Swim Assessment for continued use of deep water basins (5’6” or deeper).
수심 167cm(5’6”) 이상 깊은 수영장에 대한 접근은 수영 능력에 따라 제한될 수 있으며, 필요시 수영 능력 평가를 통과해야 합니다.

SWIM ASSESSMENT 수영능력평가

• Tread water for 1 minute with ears above the water. Upon successful completion of 1min treading water, exit the pool without assistance from ladder, stairs, etc.
  입영 1분 (귀가 수면위로 나와야 함). 사다리 없이 스스로 물에서 나올 수 있어야합니다.

• Jump in with head submerged, return to surface and swim 25 meters/80 feet with any competitive stroke such as breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly or front crawl (no “doggy paddle” or underwater swimming).
  머리가 잠기게 입수 후 수면으로 올라와 자유형/배영/평영/접영 중 하나로 25미터 (약80피트) 수영 (개헤엄/잠수 수영 금지).

Upon successful completion of the Swim Assessment, a card will be issued for daily wristband designation at deep water Aquatic facilities. Youth with successful Swim Assessments must show Swim Assessment card at facility check-in.
수영 능력평가 통과시 깊은물 수영장 시설에서 손목밴드 수령을 위해 수영능력카드를 발급 받습니다. 수영능력평가 통과한 어린이 및 청소년은 수영능력카드를 입장시 제시하여야 합니다.

YOUTH 12 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES, REGARDLESS OF SWIM ASSESSMENT STATUS.

LOCKER ROOMS, TOILET AREAS & SHOWER AREA 탈의실 및 샤워실

• A designated family toilet and changing room is available in the bathhouse on the deck.
   가족용 화장실 및 탈의실은 수영장 내 별도 건물에 마련되어 있습니다.

• Youth 12 and under MUST be accompanied in locker rooms and shower areas at all times.
  12세 이하 아동은 탈의실 및 샤워실 이용 시 반드시 보호자가 동반해야 합니다.

• Children of kindergarten age and older MUST use gender-appropriate facilities.
  유아(취학 전 아동) 이상은 성별에 맞는 탈의실/샤워실을 사용해야 합니다.

야외 수영장은 가족 친화적인 공간입니다.
 

SWIMWEAR 수영 복장 규정

• T-shirts or street clothes in the pool is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to dri-fit or athletic attire, compression shorts/shirts, jeans, skirts, khakis, etc.
  수영장 내에서 티셔츠나 일상복 착용은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 해당 복장에는 드라이핏, 운동복, 컴프레션 복, 청바지, 스커트, 면바지(카키) 등이 포함됩니다.

• Clothing with profanity or suggestive content (text or illustrations) is prohibited.
  욕설이나 선정적인 문구 및 그림이 있는 의류는 금지됩니다. 

• Brazil/French Cut, Thongs, g-strings and similar revealing swimwear is prohibited.
  브라질/프렌치 컷, T팬티, G-스트링 및 이와 유사한 노출이 심한 수영복은 금지됩니다.

• See-through swimwear is prohibited.
  시스루(속이 비치는) 수영복은 금지됩니다.

• Undergarments and unlined basketball shorts are prohibited as swim attire.
  속옷 및 안감이 없는 농구 반바지는 수영복으로 사용할 수 없습니다.

SHOES 신발 규정

• Only soft-soled shoes are allowed on the pool deck.
  수영장 데크에서는 부드러운 밑창 신발만 허용됩니다

• Acceptable footwear includes crocs, shower shoes, water shoes, soft-rubber soled sneakers, etc.
  허용되는 신발 예: 크록스, 샤워용 슬리퍼, 물놀이 신발, 연질 고무 밑창 운동화 등

• Prohibited footwear includes high heels, cleats, dress shoes, roller blades, and other hard-soled shoes are not permitted.
  금지되는 신발 예: 하이힐, 스터드화, 구두, 롤러블레이드 등 딱딱한 밑창 신발

LIFE VESTS 구명조끼

• Only US Coast Guard Approved Type I, Type II, Type III, and Type V (Puddle Jumper) are allowed. Korea Type A devices are acceptable. Limited life vests are available for use, patrons are allowed to bring in authorized Life Vests as above for personal use.
  미국 해안경비대 승인 Type I, II, III, V (퍼들점퍼 포함), 대한민국 Type A 승인 제품은 사용이 가능합니다. 시설에서 제한된 수량의 구명조끼를 제공하며, 위 기준에 부합하는 개인용 구명조끼 지참도 허용됩니다.

SWIM DIAPERS 수영용 기저귀

• Children that are not potty-trained MUST wear a swim diaper.
